Installers should use proper program files directory depending on platform when executed from Windows OS x64.

That is, sqlite-dotnet-x86-1007200.exe should use program files (x86) directory, and sqlite-dotnet-x64-1007200.exe should use program files directory.

What platform are you trying to install on? Are you installing the 32-bit package on a 64-bit platform?
