The bug is system.data.sqlite will throw exception if you put db to user folder (e.g. C:UsersabcAppDataLocalDatabase). It happens in Windows 10 (I'm not sure about other Windows version). mistachkin added on 2020-01-19 00:32:26: Are any more details available for this issue?
