Thank you for taking care of SQLite.Interop.dll installation issues. But it looks like the directory "C:\Program Files\System.Data.SQLite\bin" (which contains this DLL) has to be added to the path, not "C:\Program Files\System.Data.SQLite" (as it is done). Manual correction of the path after installation solves the problem.
