System.Data.SQLite

test.exe provided with the precompiled win32 binaries (sqlite-netFx35-binary-Win32-2008-1.0.79.0.zip) results in the below error on Windows 2000 Server. SQLite.Interop.dll is present in the running directory. Machine only has .NET 2.0 installed.
