Seconded, i need a build for Client Profile too! Or can I just use the regular binaries on systems without the full framework installed?

Technically, we already 'support' compiling with the .NET 4.0 Client Profile [even though it is not selected by default] as we do not reference anything in the core System.Data.SQLite assemblies that is not available in the client profile.
