I am making a project, and I might want to use the soundex function in my queries. I acquired SQLite from NuGet, and I can't figure out how to build the SQLite project again with the SQLITE_SOUNDEX option. I can't seem to locate the root folder anywhere with the solution for it to manually build the project, a la the "how to build" page on this site.

Rebuilding is not necessary, the SQLite interop assembly (SQLite.Interop.dll) is already compiled with SQLITE_SOUNDEX enabled.
