Suddenly Appigo Sync began failing with this error message.
By suddenly, I mean it ran great for a couple of years then Thursday it failed.

"Appigo Sync failed to start with error: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.66.0, Culture neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain assembly manifest."

I reinstalled Appigo Sync twice.
I rebooted several times
I am running Win7 SP1.
I have disabled my Bitdefender and Windows Firewall, no luck.

I have no clue where to look for the solution.
Please help,
Thanks
Jim Calvert

The 1.0.66.0 release is quite out-of-date. Is it possible for you to try using
the 1.0.92.0 release?

That being said, it appears that the System.Data.SQLite assembly may have been
corrupted in some way. Have you run 'chkdsk' on the file system? Is the disk
possibly failing?

If those things appears to be OK, I would try re-downloading the 1.0.66.0 release
and re-installing it.

The download link for the legacy 1.0.66.0 release is:

Also, I just noticed some "Bitdefender" DLLs loaded into the application
process. In theory, an update to that could have caused the issue you
are seeing. Either because your machine could have some actual malware
on it -OR- there is a false positive somewhere in the process.
