SQLite.NET.chm documentation file seems to be defect. Can not open it from Windows. Have downloaded the file: 1, from repo 2, from help web page mistachkin added on 2018-02-22 04:17:07: This is not an issue with the System.Data.SQLite CHM file. It's a security "feature" of Windows that blocks downloaded CHM files from opening.
