When running the installation package (sqlite-netFx40-setup-bundle-x64-2010-1.0.78.0.exe) the installation fails. I'm getting the error "could not open registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\AssemblyFoldersEx.
