Stupid question: What is Eagle shell ?

The only "Eagle" application that I have is for designing printed circuit boards.

I did a search for "EagleShell" and Google kindly changed it to "Eagles Hell" without asking if I really wanted "EagleShell" (I loath 'user friendly' software).

"Eagle Shell" comes up with "Shell Oil Company".

"Eagle Application" offers me the opportunity to join the Boy Scouts.

I do not think any of the above are applicable.

Eagle (Extensible Adaptable Generalized Logic Engine) is an implementation of the
Tcl scripting language for the Common Language Runtime (CLR).

Eagle is used to unit test System.Data.SQLite.

Please see "[]" for further information.
