I am trying to setup SQLite in Windows Azure (Platform as a Service), so there is no way running the executable installation package. I could run a batch file, or even perhaps an MSI using msiexec. I have tried putting the dlls in the GAC, running NGEN, running install.exe with every permutation I can think of and nothing short of running the installer will make it work. I am always getting this error: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteFactory' threw an exception. ---> System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'SQLite.Interop.dll': The specified module could not be found. The recommended means of server deployment is also described on the download page (i.e. pure app-local). |
