I tried to upgrade my database using the FluentMigrator in the separate AppDomain to unload it with all unnecessary migrating dlls after the migration. I hoped that only necessary dlls will be loaded. All libraries has been loaded by SQLite (static constructor of SQLiteFunction). I suppose the decision has been made by design. So I have following question/sugestion: Should SQLiteFunction always scan all dlls? In most simple scenarios people don't use functions.
